PRIMO SALE AND MOZZARELLA ROLL STUFFED WITH TOMATO, HAM STEAK AND ROCKETRicette
Ingredients (4 servings):
300 gr. (10.58 ounces) primo sale
500 gr. (17.63 ounces) mozzarella roll
200 gr. (7.05 ounces) ham steak
100 gr. (3.52 ounces) cremideo (cream cheese)
cherry tomatoes cut into wedges
Roll out the mozzarella roll on a cloth to let it dry. Spread cremideo on the mozzarella roll and stuff it with ham steak, tomato wedges and rocket. Roll and shape it like a cylinder. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours, then slice it (we recommend cutting it into ½ hinch/2 cm slices).
Cut primo sale into slices and put it in the middle of a tray, then surround it with mozzarella roll slices.
