Lactose-Free Mozzarella

Mozzarella is a fresh-stretched lactose-free curd cheese characterised by a smooth, uniform and snow-white surface and elastic consistency. The taste is sweet and delicate and the smell is fresh and pleasant.

It is delactosed by a natural process involving the splitting of lactose proteins, so that our lactose-intolerant friends don’t have to miss out on the taste, flavour and goodness of Ignalat fresh stretched curd cheese specialities.
