Caciotta fior di bontà with olives

Caciotta fior di bontà is a fresh cheese with added lactic ferments, subjected to a short drying period.
Despite being a semi-hard rind cheese, inside it is creamy and has a sweet/slightly acidic and extremely tasty flavour.

It is an excellent product to be enjoyed alone or accompanied by bread or croutons, or in combination with salads or appetisers.
