Caciotta fior di bontà

Caciotta fior di bontà is a fresh cheese with added lactic ferments, subjected to a short drying period.
Despite being a semi-hard rind cheese, inside it is creamy and has a sweet/slightly acidic and extremely tasty flavour. We also produce it in variants with chilli and olives.

It is an excellent product to be enjoyed alone or accompanied by bread or croutons, or in combination with salads or appetisers.
