Caciotta with Walnuts

Caciotta with walnuts is a fresh cheese with added lactic ferments, which is subjected to a short drying period and stuffed with walnuts.

Despite being a semi-hard rind cheese, inside it is creamy and has a sweet/slightly acidic and extremely tasty flavour. It is an excellent product to be enjoyed alone or accompanied by bread or croutons, or in combination with salads or appetisers.
