TUTTOFOOD 2026 AS AN INTERNATIONAL SHOWCASE
FOR IGNALAT, DRIVING INNOVATION AND EXPORT GROWTH

Tuttofood 2026 confirms its position as one of the most strategic events in the international agri-food landscape. This year’s edition achieved outstanding results, with over 123,000 trade visitors, a strong presence of international buyers, and thousands of companies from around the world, further strengthening the exhibition’s role as a European hub for the food business.

In a global scenario shaped by geopolitical uncertainty, cost pressures and evolving distribution chains, the Italian food sector continues to demonstrate solidity, resilience and strong competitiveness, particularly in premium segments linked to quality and territorial identity.

For Caseificio Ignalat, participation in the exhibition represented far more than a traditional trade fair presence: it was a concrete opportunity to strengthen commercial relationships, identify emerging consumption trends and reinforce its positioning in international markets.

Among the most appreciated new products presented to buyers was Burrata with basil, the latest addition to the Ignalat range, already recognised with international awards. This gourmet speciality combines Apulian dairy tradition with the exploration of new aromatic profiles, blending territorial identity with contemporary food culture, increasingly focused on distinctive gastronomic experiences.

Alongside the development of new product variants, Ignalat continues to invest in the technical and logistical evolution of its offering, with a strong focus on shelf-life optimisation. In this context, the Frozen Burrata stands out as a key innovation, designed to make an extremely delicate product such as Burrata exportable even to geographically distant markets, while preserving its freshness, creaminess and sensory, nutritional and quality profile.

At the same time, the company is further diversifying both formats and packaging solutions. The Ignalat Burrata range is available in different sizes and in a wide range of packaging options, tailored to the needs of multiple markets and sales channels, including premium retail, HoReCa, catering and international food service.

This is where one of the most significant shifts in the sector becomes evident: product value is no longer defined solely by raw material quality, but increasingly by its ability to adapt from a logistical, commercial and application standpoint.

During the event, the Ignalat stand was transformed into an experiential space dedicated to tastings and food experiences, thanks to the collaboration with Chef Gaetano Marinaccio who enhanced the versatility of Ignalat dairy specialities through culinary interpretations inspired by Apulian cuisine, showcasing their potential in high-end gastronomy.

In parallel with its trade fair activities, the company also hosted a dedicated networking event for partners, clients and industry professionals, creating a more informal yet exclusive setting for dialogue and relationship-building, where Ignalat cheeses took centre stage. Because we believe that business relationships today are built through shared experiences and continuous engagement.

Ignalat’s participation at Tuttofood 2026 reflects a dairy sector in full evolution, increasingly challenged by logistics, shelf-life, customisation, sustainability, changing consumption patterns and product differentiation.

Within this context, Ignalat demonstrates how traditional craftsmanship, applied research, export-oriented development and the ability to interpret evolving food culture can converge into a modern and competitive business model.

For Caseificio Ignalat, this experience confirms the strategic direction undertaken. The future always starts from its roots: from a dairy tradition that evolves, improves, becomes more structured and continues to open up to global markets.
