Smoked Cacioricotta

Smoked Cacioricotta is the smoked version of the typical Apulian delicacy.

A semi-hard cheese with a cylindrical shape, which undergoes a natural smoking process in a wood chip oven. The result is a dairy speciality that combines the taste of our tradition with a smoked aroma and a particular salty flavor.

Usually, in our cuisine, it is consumed natural but also grated to season pasta, salads and pizzas.
