The lactose-free Burrata is the delactosed version of the Apulian dairy product of excellence.

A fresh lactose-free spun dough cheese, considered one of the tastiest delicacies of our dairy production, which is delactosed through a natural process involving the splitting of lactose proteins, increasing its digestibility.

A delicate mozzarella puff wrapper created by our cheesemakers and stuffed with a soft heart of hand-frayed mozzarella pieces and cream, creating a bundle with an exquisite flavor and inebriating aroma.

This product can be eaten fresh, it can be simply seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil, or accompanied by salad, cherry tomatoes, bread or delicate ingredients like smoked salmon.
