Smokend scamorza

Smoked Scamorza offers a unique culinary experience.

A semi-hard stretched curd cheese with a bronze color, characterized by the typical pear shape and a compact and elastic texture that preserves a mild aromatic flavor and irresistible smoked scents, thanks to the natural smoking process in a wood chip oven to which it is subjected.

It is generally appreciated fresh, grilled or baked, but it can also be used in the preparation of salads and other dishes to enhance flavors.
